Should I book Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture or Integrative Medicine appointment?
If you need a thorough review of your current labwork, supplements, and co-treatment care with another team, please select Integrative Medicine. The first initial Integrative Medicine appointment is 2 hours, includes bloodwork, then 1 hour thereafter. (This is a hands-off treatment.)
If you need a customized Chinese herbal medicine prescription or Orthopedic/pain resolution, please select Chinese Medicine. Please note, Dr. Anne does needle and non-needle acupuncture. (This is a hands-on treatment.)
Please complete your Initial Patient Intake form before your appointment (it will take 15 minutes to complete); this will allow time after your consult for a treatment.

The Scope of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine includes: The stimulation of points (areas of the body) using needles, moxibustion, heating modalities, cold, light, lasers, sound, vibration, magnetism, electricity, bleeding, suction, pressure, ion pumping cords, Cupping, GuaSha, TuiNa, Nutrition, Diagnostic testing, ordering of radiological, laboratory, or other diagnostic tests, biofeedback, counseling regarding physical, emotional, and spiritual lifestyle balance, and utilization of color, light, sound, and electromagnetic energies.
Phlebotomy
Indiana is a Direct-to-Consumer state. You do not need a doctor's order to order your own labs.
